"B" on my keyboard - for some unknown reason, does not bring up the spellbook. I am left to open inventory, click on spellbook and scroll through the characters to find and set 'one' spell using the 'set quick-spell' feature.Nowhere in the .pdf file (manual) are there instructions on 'how to use' the spells, save the setting of the quick-spell. So my question becomes; can we not toggle between two or three preferred spells without having to sort through the lot each and every time we're in battle mode?
And - does no one sell vials of health and magic? I find them in drops, but so far not in shops, and certainly not enough to sustain me while trying to locate the lobbers in Beet Hoven.
So while I have a live person to grill - if you wouldn't mind - My party are all level 7 fighters/initiates - I've approached the relative NPC's about promotions but each time I'm told "sorry, Majica (or whoever) must be level 4 in that skill to be promoted". With needing progressively more and more skill points to advance each skill, I'm not seeing how this actually works - and again, the manual has been little help.
Thanks for yours
