Unusual result from "Enchant Item" spell

    I just enchanted some Imperial Leather armour, and got Imperial Leather of Cold Resistance +24. That is almost double the best resistance I have got in the past from the Enchant Item spell - usually I don't get anything better than +14.

    I am still using the same unpatched MM6 v1.0 game I have always played, so why this should have happened baffles me.

    But I've never got anywhere near that in the past with 12 levels plus Morgan plus a ring of Water Magic, and all my previous testing indicates that Water Magic level has nothing to do with it. Neither, TTBOMK, has time of day, location, or phase of the moon.

That's been my experience. Never seen higher then +12.
