With Master Water rank 12, Morgan, and a ring of Water Magic (effectively rank 27), my enchantments still always seem to be about the same (low) quality. Just my experience I've never done a chant as high-quality as +24 to a resist. Maybe your dice are just really lucky today, Peter2
