OK, now we're getting into rationalisation, here. It doesn't matter "how much" pirating MMVIII would hurt Ubisoft (if at all), stealing is stealing.I don't think it's right that publishers buy the rights to games and then don't make those games available - Ubi could probably make MMVIII available via download for a fee - but we shouldn't go down the path of "it's not stealing if nobody wants it." When I wrote my first post, I wasn't aware Ubi had the rights to the entire series, I thought maybe they just bought the rights to continue making games with the M&M name. But if they own it, copying any M&M disc is in fact stealing....
