That you lose an artifact everytime you do it. This is because there is a black chest in the ruins and you lose whatever artifact it held everytime you delete the minisaves. Think of it as the cost of getting the beter items early.And to be clear I never said you should do this only that it is possible! Personally I think the whole minisaves thing is a bad idea but it has proved useful to overcome the various gliches in the game. If the game had been given the proper development time then we wouldn't have needed to have this feature.
