When you reach Grandmaster at 10, you already receive extra 500% of all experience gained (including quest rewards).In one of my latest games I was playing with two mages and two liches (only they can have GM Learning). All I did was a quick Mage promotion, then Lloids Beacon and Town Portal spells for my mages, with chain lighting and Divine Intervention scrolls through Lich Lab for Lich promotion and then somewhere at about level 25 started to boost up the Learning skill. After I boosted it to about 45 Grandmaster, I was able to finish the game with maxed level 255 characters who could have trained up even more.
This skill is overpowered.
