I don't recall any weapons that get both swift and vampiric on them. You can get weapons with increased weapons speed and vampiric. By the time you'll find these weapons you should have soul drinker and the vampiric weapons are kind of useless. I'd personally rather have weapons with some kind of elemental damage or other good mods.Vampire weapons are suppose to heal about 20% of the damage inflicted if I remember correctly. Even with LV 60 Light buffing Magic duel wielding Necros only get up to about 100 damage per hit. I wouldn't depend on the vampire mod on weapons. For a magic heavy party I would just play conservative till you can get at least one member Soul drinker. At high levels one good Soul Drinker can almost heal the entire party.
