Gives you a reason to celebrate with whisky (Scotch is NOT "whiskey"--don't remember whether Irish is or not; not, I think.) Haggis is not necessary, though desirable. (Haggis is VERY variable: I've eaten some haggis in Scotland that tastes absolutely delicious, and some that , well, one bite was enough. You probably can't get real haggis in the U.S. anyway, since some of the ingredients are illegal to be sold here.)
So here's a barrel of Elf Whisky for everybody: the same recipe as Elf Ale. (It'll taste exactly how you want it to taste, and will make you happy but never make you drunk.) Bones, being Tavern keeper, you get to sample the first mugful, to make sure it keeps up with the tavern standards. Slainte to all!
