Lost quest

    Bones writes:

    The 1.2 patch fixed some quest issues, but I wouldn't recognize it in the patch notes. Mok's and Greyface's patches only addressed technical issues. That might have been used in one of the mods. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

When you first go there an speak to Kathleen Mester, there's a button in the right-hand panel labelled "Quest"

    So although there is no "Come back and see me when you've done it" in the dialogue, it is explicitly labelled as a quest, and the implied reward is their treasure.
