Should, but I mainly use merchant & spell skill NPCs which do combine.ter &

Solved : Weapons master + Squire = works together .

    Does Weapons Master works together with Arms Master - don't know yet.This is somewhat confusing for me ,who used to play
    MM7 ,where Weapon Master boosts Armsmaster skill not weaponry.
