MM6 windowed mode

I got a Steam version of MM6 in a bundle when I bought MMX from them. It runs fine so far (MM6), but full screen is too big. The windowed mode is too small (F4 key). Are there any other window resolutions out there? Can I modify an init file to achieve more resolutions, if so, name of file?
Any help appreciated!
