it kind of is, but it's a vampires-only kind of spell. Each character class has their own distinct skill set, which does appear in the spellbook, but that only that character class can learn. So only vampires can learn vampire skills, only dark elves can learn dark elf skills, only dragons can learn dragon skills, and so on. Some character classes can learn other spells and stuff as well though. So the bottom line is basically this: you CANNOT cross-train skills to other classes. Sorry.
