I believe i might know your problem

    Check your settings. Go to the folder where it is in...im assuming its C:/ if not just switch the letter.

    Go here: "C:\Program Files\3DO\Might and Magic VIII\MM8Setup.Exe"

    If you have any other changes fix them. Check the acceleration.If it is hardware try software. That worked for me.

    If that doesn't work talk to Bones...he knows much more than i do
