Barrels of White Liquid 05/11/2012, 19:10:00

Smokey writes: They seem to be extremely, extremely rare in MM7. In my years of play I have only seen a few Barrels of White Liquid. Programming error? Or did they over-value Luck in 7? In MM8 they are a lot more common though, as they seem to have the same chance of appearing as the other colours.
