You have to be a master courier or whatever it's called before you can do the archer and wizard quests.Wizard quest talk to Thomas gray and go to teleport north of stable in Bracada Desert. This will take you to the quest area. Find item and talk to Thomas gray again. I believe this quest is only open for a short time if I recall correctly.
Archer quest go back to emerald island and talk to Zed. His house is in the back side of the weapon shop if I recall. The quest is exactly the same as vanilla Might and Magic 7. You need to have the emerald key in the inventory on your first character and step on the teleporter north of the stable in Bracada Desert to go back to Emerald Island.
For the paladin quest you have to find six scrolls. The first one should be given by the angel or located in Harmondale castle. Don't remember which it is anymore. The other five are scattered throughout the world. Once you have all six scrolls they'll give you a hint on where to find the palony map or whatever it's called. You have to have all six scrolls in your inventory to complete this quest.
