Keep working at it. A long time ago, I tried to teach myself Russian. Been working on Welsh and Ancient Egyptian, lately. Rwy 'n siarad Cymraeg, tipyn bach. and seeing as how I'm still a bit of a novice at Egyptian, this is the closest I can come: Shedeti Kemet en. What that really means is "I read of Egypt", except the word "shedet" means "read" as in "recite". I guess I should really look up the word in Egyptian which means "to study". But it works great at parties. |
