This means that if there are a lot of them, you end up having to do fell damage to many before any of them drop. And meanwhile, they are blasting you with their ranged attacks. And blasters are useless in turn-based mode.Shrapmetal is way better. If you really want to prove that, try using blasters to clear that lower room in the Control Center — the one with all those floating robots in it. I've had numerous attempts at it, but the Terminators got me every time, while my party's blasters hammered away uselessly at weaker units that happened to be closer. Using Shrapmetal in turn-based mode, there's no problem, because you can pick out the Terminators one by one and blow them apart, before you tackle any of the others.
