Seems it calculates it in seconds, not minutes. 24 bits, unless I'm mistaken.

    If there's a way to achieve an effective rank of 65, I sure couldn't figure out how But, theoretically, it would be broken at 65 as well.
    65 X 3 = 195
    195 days = 4680 hours = 280,800 minutes = 16,848,000
    which is greater than 2^24.
