Played around with skill lvls + expertise... Short version:

However, with Body Master, only up to effective rank 64 was able to cure them. What I think is going on is that the overflow isn't happening in the skill rank #, it's going on with the amount of time till "the point of no return." When I tested *Expert* Body magic, although the description of the spell says "Works if less than 1 hour per point of skill" I found that it was closer to "Works if less than 3 hours per point of skill." I'll go back and test what the actual limitations on Cures are with Master. I imagine that the problem will turn out to be and overflow on the hours there, since Master Cures at effective rank 135 are trying to tell the game that it can be cured before, at a conservative estimate, over 9720 hours have passed. Power Cure, at Master level and effective rank of 135, healed for 280 hit points, as expected [10 + 135(2) = 280] Harm did 215 pts of dmg at Master/effective rank 135, also within the normal/expected range.
