Yeah. And they didn't fare too well when they came up against steel armour and swords. So I think I'll leave my comment as it stands. 07/28/2008, 12:10:26 |
I understand that what the Aztecs and Mayans did was to inset pieces of sharpened glass into wooden weapons to form a cutting edge. They may have had obsidian knives, but I doubt if they had anything larger - for martial use, at least. They may have had larger edged implements for ceremonial uses. |
