Now when I go to the house on the Southeast peninsula of the island of New Sorpigal, there's a Gate Master guy inside that house. Does he transfer at some point from walking around town to staying in that house, or something? I'm trying to do the thing where you fly up to the 2nd floor of the Bucaneers' and go to the place with all the dragons, to raise all your stats +20. Then I know how to get to the NWC offices, but I don't know how to get home from there without the Gate Master NPC (and my Sorcerer isn't nearly high enough to have the Town Portal spell).
