Knight as damage dealer - Spear/Sword or Sword/Sword? Minotaur - 2H Axe or 1H Axe/Dagger? And Vampire? Dark Elf?

    Knight - after some serious amount of investment Spear/Sword seems to outweight Sword/Sword due to Spear skill buffing damage... but it seems that it should be a really big investment because you waste 7+6+5+4+3+2 skillpoints just to allow wielding sword in offhand, that gives you absolutely nothing aside that (if i'm correct the bonuses from sword skill do not count when you use spear/sword, only spear skill, am i correct?)

    Vampire - once again since as i understand dagger triple damage wont work if i equip Dagger/Sword i should go with two daggers and max dagger skill for max damage? Or will dagger triple damage still work if i equip sword in main/offhand?

    Dark elf - Sword/Sword seems the best? Or does using master dagger in offhand/mainhand allows me to make critical strikes while having sword in another hand?

    Minotaur - so far Balthazar's Axe seems the best and so maxing axe skill is the way (occasionally putting points in armsmaster). But is it so? Or should i go after having 1 handed axe in main hand and expert dagger in offhand?

    Minotaur use 2 handed axes. Split extra skill points equally between axe and armsmaster. Axe and dagger combo doesn't work very well

    Vampire use 2 daggers and max dagger for damage and increase critical strike.

    For dark Elf 2 swords don't do that much more dagger than 2 daggers. Even if you give them the 2 sword relics it only does 20 more damage per hit. Sword/Dagger will slow down your attack speed as well. I would stick with 2 daggers and spend any extra skill points on other skills.

    Wrong. Armsmaster always adds +1 on Master and +2 on Grand.

    From some tests I ran some years ago duel wielding Terminus and Glomenthal did the most damage. I don't think I've ever run across that vampiric spear that Grayface is a mentioning.

    but sontime with luck I got labrinith of darkness its kind of spear (more a trident) with the of darkness that is vampiric and swift .
    IMHO 1 of darkness weapon is best combo for knight or troll you hit hard and heal and you got a fast weapon 2 all 2 hand combo make 1 slow attack

    Also keep in mind that Vampires can only get basic skill in armsmasters. If you get GM Hour of Power for a Cleric it should get your recovery time down to 30 or pretty close to it. There's also an artifact vampire only dagger called Foulfang that you can get for obtaining the obelisk treasure. It's only slightly stronger than a normal dagger and adds elemental damage of 10 if I remember right.

Oops. I forgot they only have basic Armsmaster. Then most skill points should be invested into Dagger and Sword probably won't be of use.

    - Recovery time of 80. Axe reaches it only when skill is 20. Then it gets faster than Spear.
    - Vampiric spear artifact.
    For party play, though, Axe may be better.
