New keg for the Tavern

    Since yesterday Papa Elf had a milestone birthday, we decided to give the Tavern the extra keg of Elf Ale we brewed. As usual, this magic brew contains only as much (if any) alcohol content as each of you desire, with a taste to suit each of you. No matter how much of it you drink (out of Bones' magic bottomless beer mugs) you will never become anything other than happy, and can easily pass any sobriety test known to mankind. Drink up!

    Oh, which birthday? I'm glad you asked: Papa Elf just turned 90.

    And he says he thoroughly enjoyed his birthday. We dined at an exclusive restaurant specializing in unique cuisine, unlike any others. One specialte de la maison is a recipe for potato salad handed down in a particular family, unlike most any found in any conventional recipe book. It accompanied barbecued baby back ribs a la Walmart Grocery, and fresh corn on the cob. The head chef personally supervised the preparation of the meal, and actually joined the family at the table. The meal was accompanied by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 2020, a very good year for the brew.
