I don't have a long term solution, but i have a quick fix for the freeze up. You alt+tab into the desktop and alt+tab again into the game. For some reason the screen lags up and doesn't change on Win 7, but alt+tabing fixes that. But, i have to warn you, this WILL get really bothersome after some time, because almost every loading screen will lag up. That means towns, instances, other lands, travels etc. are probably going to lag up. So yeah, that's my only warning to ya. Haven't found any reliable long term solution tho
