I've played MM9 a couple of times on different WinXP machines. I guess they were all SP2. Now I'm trying to run it on my new WinXP SP3 machine, but with no real luck.

The game doe install, but sometimes it gets stuck when trying to run it. It takes time.

Eventually when you're in the game it takes 1 minute or a bit less to carry out the action you've called.

I'v tried patching it (version 1.0 to 1.2) and even patch 1.3 but with no luck.

I've also tried compatibility mode.

Does anyone have other ideas?
