Back in time when i first played this game, i got a non-legal CD that was containing "translated" verison of game. Dont start to blame me for using pirated MMgames, it was not licensed in russia that time, so it was no crime and actually no possibility to get it.Anyway, that CD had two versions of game - first normal, unchanged english and second translated (badly) russian. Those who made it prolly were thinking only total noobs would buy it so they removed recovery time on ALL attacks. So i could fire arrows as fast as my PC could handle in RTM, as well as hit with melee weapons, only spells left unaffected.
Probably if you are using somewhat changed version of the game, the changer made this intended or unintended change...
