Cannot receive the promotion quest 10/13/2008, 10:52:54

Be a Priest Artifacts, Artifacts writes: I've talked to the man for priest promotion in Guberland Temple. But the quest didn't list in the notebook. Even I went to Lindisfarne and talked to the Abbot, there's nothing happened. Why? Is this a bug?
