Assassin dagger quest 08/12/2008, 14:00:59

Andy B writes: I cleaned out Kluso's house and took the dagger prior to completing the mercenary quest. I have now completed the mercenary quest but the guy in the tavern wont recognise I have completed the dagger quest. Kluso's house has respawned but no dagger second time. Help would be appreciated
