I assume you know that 3DO went down the tubes, and Ubisoft bought a rights to the games and names.Ubisoft put out a game called Dark Messiah of Might & Magic, which from reports was a shoot-em-up with a few elements of RPG grafted on - a good enough game in its way, I gather, but not a true RPG. There's been no sign of any MM10 as such, and quite frankly, I'm not holding my breath.
There's a fan-based game, the Might & Magic Tribute, that's slowly being put together, but it's going to be quite some time before anything comes of it. We'll have to be patient.
