Bones writes: You've put Disk 1 into your optical drive. The launch window came up. You clicked the Install button. Did the optical drive have some kind of activity? Flashing light or whirling motor? Is this the first time you've installed the game on this machine? Is it a CD or DVD drive? What file system are you using? Were you using a compatibility mode? Have you tried anything else?
