Problem with quests 10/14/2007, 08:09:38

Fearless writes: When I get the item or anything the quest requiers I come to person who gave the quest and he(or she)stays with the same dialog options as before.And in the quest log nothing changes.I have downloaded and instaled the 1.3 patch but nothing changed.Any ideas?
