    You'll need to check the exact size and date of your data\DATA.REZ file. Right-click on it, choose Properties, and look for the values of Size and (Date) Modified. After the 1.3 patch they should be:

    Size: 580 KB (594,249 bytes)
    Modified: Saturday, June 14, 2003, 3:10:34 PM

    Please tell me what values you have if they are different than these.
