MM9 on Vista help 05/20/2007, 00:36:28

Matt writes: hiya guys, just found my old copy of might and magic 9 (wewt) and thought of living out some old gamer years, so i installed it on my vista computer, patched it to telps 1.3 patch and started playing, but it stops at the loading screen, then after a while some music comes up and then a 'Hello' is heard. is there a way to fix this or am i gonna have to go back to XP to play mm9? any help is greatly appreciated
