I believe that is correct. Bones has said that they modified the immediate respawn of the hall to a respawn of about once a month. He said that way it was more in line with how the developers had originally intended it to be, but still respawned more frequently than a lot of other places. I think he was trying to find the happy medium between what the developers had originally wanted and the people who really liked having it respawn right away. |
