Knightly writes: not sure about 10 but 13 will give an another attack and at 16 another attack and at 19 skill level another attack. so the A can have unlimited attacks per run.

Yes, that's what I said. But I can't remember what the difference is between Master & GM Blade for an assassin using daggers.
