I've tried today:
- DirextX, like as you said - sound acceleration reduction even to "no aceleration" does not help; directdraw disabling does not help; direct3d disabling causes fatal error @lithtech.exe at startup. 
- MoSlo and CPU Speed Reducer - did not help
- RUDE.REZ editing - I've totally forgot about some kind of compression - I've opened the whole file in notepad, edited it and saved - without making a backup. Now I need to reinstall the game, because when I saved it thru notepad I've corrupted it's structure and now every NPC tells me about corrupted RUDE file -.-
Though this seems to be the only way to solve it quickly.And by the way I've got the old problem with starforce protection of english version, provided in Russia by Buka + DVDrom + SP2 and had to download that "nocd" lithtech exe. I hardly belive that this is the reason of such problem, but maybe...
P.S. I was going to install Vista (finally!) after my exams and this will be a good chance to check the ability to launch and play all MMs on Vista...
