Very long wait time

    I was hoping maybe someone here could help me. My problem is that whenever I try to access a menu(main menu, character stats, spells, etc..) there is a very long wait time for the game to open the menus, atleast 30 seconds, which may not seem like much but it is very aggrevating having to wait a minute to equip an item. And I know for sure it isnt bacause of weak hardware (3.4 ghz, 1 gb RAM, 512mb graphics card). Is there any solution?
