Problem with patch 1.3a 04/26/2006, 19:41:34

Nothing in the starting town could be picked up, the scrolls Grandpa gives you for training before leaving wouldn't appear and mosnters won't attack. I can walk right past them as if they are trees. Important to note that my PC crashed while installing the patch, I had to cold boot in the early part of installation and then reinstall. Not sure if that could be the culprit.
