Gladiator promotion not working 10/21/2005, 09:34:00

Porg writes: Help, I have done all three parts of the required tasks and the man in Sturmford says I have the promotion, I get the ding to say quest complete, but it does not update my character. I cannot get my master's armour as a result. Is this a bug? or am I doing something wrong? Patches do not seem to help.
