Also, do you know the name of who you are searching for for the 'rumors' quest? And are they supposed to be in Drangheim or Sturmford? (the NPC's for that quest are in both towns). The reason I ask about which version you are running is that there is a known bug regarding Anskram Keep, in the earlier versions. What happens is, unless you enter from the back and do the whole thing without leaving (at all) the quest somehow fails to register as being completed. The other thing could be that you didn't find every single creature in there. You could try checking again, make sure all the fires are out and re-check every room (making sure to go everywhere on the map) to make sure no-one's hanging around.
