[1] If somebody tells that you have to come back at some point later (2 hours for healer promotion, 1 day for Kira to write the treaty etc), hitting Rest and exiting the screen counts as you waited that time. I would call it a bug.

[2] In Wizard’s Lab, there is a group of Evil Sorcerers summoning the Great Devil. After they are killed, their bodies do not disappear.

[3] After you complete the Scholar’s quest in Thjorgard (Identify the magreeb), the next time you come back to that place, there are several bandits fighting against another green magreeb. A little bit further there are standing another bandits that have no AI at all.

[4] If you have a battle with quite far ranged attacks, the dead bodies do not drop any sacks at all. This happened with me in Yorwick, fighting against Evil Sorcerers from a great distance.

[5] In the Town Hall of Sturmford, when you talk with the guard that guards the prison cell, he will always open/close the doors when you just talk with him. You can just start a conversation, exit it and he will open the doors without a question.

[6] In Thjorgard city in the Town Hall Thora Kettilsdottir tells that the local temple can be found in the far Southeast. Which is totally wrong because it is actually located Southwest. I discovered this after I couldn’t find the temple myself and decided to ask for a help. Wrong person to ask!

[7] In Drangheim Prison, there’s a Captain Guard who is guarding the black chest. After few attacks he stops responding and just stands still and then drops dead when is killed. This has happened always in all my MM9 games.
