Question about the Gatemaster on Guberland

    Even if the Gatemster NPC can only cast to towns where you have "cleansed" the alters, it still didn't work at the master level because I have "cleansed" the alters in Sturmford, Drangheim, and Guberland and, if she really was a Gate"Master", I should have been allowed to TP to one of those.

    At what level would this "Gatemaster" cast TP if you had an "All Might" party?
