I need help with this hall.......I just can't figure it out

    I am in the hall just after I died and I can't figure how in the world to get the crystal on the other side unlocked. I tried the paper on the wall and followed the names on it but it still didn't unlock. I need HELP!!!! So anyone that has had this problem and resolved it please write back a.s.a.p. and help out.
