door to study in Verhoffin Ruins is locked 04/17/2005, 11:33:52

Jim writes: The study door in the Ruins is locked. I can't get in to place the Capstone of Order on the pedestal. I'm in act III and I'm using the TELP 1.3a patch. Has anyone else had this problem?
