Well, then I was wrong. I readed some threads some quest need to be done before war council. ( I thought it is stuffed dragon ).As for bikki fix. Yep, I stopped war between strumford and drangheim, they were going to sign their treaty ( so I don't really finished quest but nearly ;-), when I go to thronheim and go to treaty signing ( that one where Kira kills Marquel ), video freeze ( Marqel rise from ground and look at Kira )
I probably was one of those lucky as I played MM9 about 5-6 times ( but some time ago and on my older computer... and also with sound effects which I can't get to work now ) and allways finished it without any game-killing problems. then I downloaded TELPs 1.3 patch and this happened to me.
Anyway I don't know how much work You will have with editing my savegame and I don't really need to continue it. I just wanted some hint what to do or what not to do to avoid this problem. I can restart over it really doesn't matter to me.
