Not the traps on chests, I mean the traps like the ones on the floor that you spot with your Perception skill. How do you disarm those?

Putting the cursor on it and hitting the space bar while my Disarm expert was the group leader had no noticeable effect, and no Disarm Trap command is listed in the manual.
