There's two good choices:
www.imageshack.us You can store pictures for free here and get an acount. But the account is made with cookies instead of usernames and passwords. you have to keep the e-mail they will send you if you are ever going to clear your cookies. If you don't want to get acces to your picture at a later time you can just store it here without registering.
