i'm on the second trip to anskram keep, after getting the quest to lower the defenses at AK from the jarl. seems i can't lower the darned wooden drawbridge. i've lifted the metal gate, by going into the lower gate area. but i can't really remember how to drop the drawbridge.

i see 2 chains coming off 2 big wheels, and i kinda remember having to break those somehow, but i can't get anyone in my party to whack them or use their bows or "attack" them at all. on either the wheels and the chains.

i'd really appreciate it if someone could please tell me what i'm doing wrong. thanks!

When you are standing just inside the drawbridge/gate, look up. You should see a chain going across on either side. I believe they will glow red if your perception is high enough. Anyway, shoot them - once both are broken, the drawbridge will fall. (n/t) - Maybeth ( Fri 25-Feb-05 19:47:33 ) +1
