Armsmaster skill broken? 01/06/2005, 16:31:17

YellowShark writes: I'm playing M&M9 with the latest patch from this site and I just made my mercenary an expert in armsmaster.The text said that should add his skill level to his damage,but that didn't happen.I checked it several times and his damage,noted on the character sheet,always stayed the same as before.Is this a known bug?
