i have 3 case fans and one on my vid card, of course. and i have seen my core temp rise similar to yours. we're in a heat wave here too and i had my first set of 3 lock ups in a row on the day it was 96'F outside. the ac isn't too great on this side of the place, either. for those who can't afford case fans, tear the side panels off your box and blow a regular small desk fan across your system. it's a good way to lose an easy 10'F - 20'F, sometimes more. it's a good short term solution, anyway.
